How to Cancel RealtyTrac -

You can cancel your RealtyTrac subscription online (you can also temporarily defer your subscription if you are not a free trial subscriber):

1. Log in with your current Username and Password. You will be taken to your “My RealtyTrac” page. Forgot your login?
2. Click on “Edit My Profile” link at the top of the page; located between the QuickSearch bar and Announcements.
3. Click on the “Change” button next to “Cancel My Account” section. You will be given the option to either defer your account temporarily or to cancel it indefinitely. Free trial subscribers will only be given the option to cancel indefinitely.
4. Click “Cancel My Account” to cancel indefinitely or click “Defer My Account” to defer your account temporarily (you will have to choose a date for when you want the deferral to end.)
5. If you cancel, the page will display a brief survey that you can fill out or skip. Your cancellation confirmation message and confirmation number follows the survey. If you defer your account, the page will display a confirmation of the deferral.
